What you share

Customer requests include your name, email, optional phone number, requested service, job location, timing and description. Contractor applications include contact details, business name, services and coverage, plus any website, experience or insurance information you choose to provide.

Please do not include payment details, passwords or sensitive documents. The forms do not accept uploads.

Why we use it

We use requests to clarify the job, check contractor availability and coordinate quotes. We use applications to discuss a contractor’s services, coverage and potential referrals. Submitting a form asks NorthStar to contact you about that enquiry; it does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Introductions to contractors

We discuss the proposed introduction with you before sharing your contact information or precise job address with a contractor. We may discuss the type of work and general location to check availability. Referral fees are agreed with the contractor before an introduction.

Message delivery

The forms prepare an email addressed to service@northstarpremierllc.com in your own email application. You must review and send the email yourself. Completing the form alone does not send your request to NorthStar.

Form answers are not submitted to the website server or stored in a website database by this email-draft flow. Your email provider processes the message when you send it.

Email and site activity

Correspondence remains in NorthStar’s mailbox. Website hosting and email services process information needed to deliver and protect the service, which may include technical request logs. We have not added advertising trackers or marketing analytics.

Questions and corrections

Contact service@northstarpremierllc.com to ask about information you shared or request a correction or deletion. We consider requests alongside applicable recordkeeping requirements. This website does not set an automatic deletion period for mailbox correspondence.
