When do I pay a referral fee?
You pay a referral fee when you win a job, under the terms agreed with NorthStar before the introduction. Applying by itself does not trigger a fee.
What counts as a won job?
The referral agreement will define the event that counts as winning the job. Review that definition, the fee amount and the payment due date before accepting the introduction.
What if the customer cancels?
Cancellation, refund and rescheduling treatment must be covered in the referral terms you agree with NorthStar. Raise any questions before accepting an introduction.
Does applying mean I am approved?
No. Application details are self-reported. NorthStar may ask for evidence relevant to a job, such as experience, insurance or licensing. Applying does not mean you have been verified or guarantee referrals.
