NorthStar coordinates the introduction and quote details. An independent contractor performs the work. You decide whether the scope, price and timing fit.
We check the service, location and timing for each request. A listing on this site is not a promise of local availability.
02
Information you can review
Contractors supply their own application details. Before hiring, review the supporting evidence for experience, insurance and any licensing relevant to your project.
03
Clear referral arrangements
Contractors pay NorthStar a referral fee when they win a job. We agree that fee with the contractor before an introduction.

YOUR NEXT STEP
Let’s get your project moving.
Tell us what needs doing, where the work is and your preferred timing. A little detail helps us understand the right next step.
We review your details.Your job description, location and preferred timing.
We reply by email. To clarify missing details and discuss contractor options. Check the email address you enter.
You decide whether to proceed. You review the contractor’s quote and decide whether to hire. Sending a request does not reserve a booking.
Service Connect by NorthStar Premier connects customers with independent contractors and helps coordinate quotes. You describe the job, we look for contractors who can help, and you decide whether to hire.
What kinds of projects can I ask about?
You can request cleaning, junk removal, moving help, yard care, home repairs, painting, remodeling and property maintenance. We review each request individually. Listing a service does not mean a provider is currently available in every area.
Where do you help?
We accept requests across the United States. Tell us your city, state and ZIP code. Contractor availability varies by service and location, so we check each request before discussing options.
Who will perform the work?
An independent service provider performs the work. Before booking, confirm the provider’s identity, scope, relevant qualifications, insurance or licensing requirements, and who is responsible for any follow-up.
How much will it cost?
The contractor quotes the work. Review the scope, exclusions and payment terms before hiring. NorthStar earns a referral fee from contractors when they win a job; that fee is agreed with the contractor before an introduction. A request does not commit you to hire.
Can I request a specific date?
Yes. Include your preferred date and any flexibility. Availability must be confirmed with the provider; sending a request does not reserve a time.
Can local providers work with NorthStar?
Yes. Use our separate contractor application to share your services, coverage and contact information. We discuss referral fees before an introduction. Applying does not guarantee jobs.
What happens after I enquire?
NorthStar reviews your job details and replies to the email you provide. We clarify anything missing, check contractor availability and discuss the next step with you. The number of suitable options depends on the job and location; submitting a request does not reserve a contractor.
