Clarity before commitment.
Provider availability, experience, relevant qualifications and the scope of work need to be checked for each request. You review pricing, exclusions and payment terms before deciding whether to proceed.
Independent providers. Defined responsibilities.
Local providers perform the service. NorthStar earns a referral fee from contractors when they win a job. The fee is agreed with the contractor before an introduction. The contractor’s scope and responsibilities are confirmed before work begins. Sending an enquiry does not book a service or guarantee a provider.

We accept requests nationwide and check contractor availability for each job. Coverage is assessed for the specific service and location.
